S-QUBE Evolution is the entry level system designed for the one site solution running only on the local area network for the small to medium sized company. This embedded solution is designed to have all the necessary capabilities to satisfy the need of sites connected via local area networks with a limit of 16 reading devises. The S-QUBE Evolution has all of the Standard features available which makes it a powerful yet cost effective solution. Designed to cater for up to 500 users it will satisfy most one site applications.

S-QUBE Enterprise is the flagship solution in the S-QUBE range giving the client full Multisite functionality over a Wide area network. This solution is designed for the large multi national client in mind that will be running systems in various geographical locations with the option of centralizing or decentralising the workforce data management and other features. This solution has got the capability to communicate over various forms of networks and communication devises that will suit the customer’s requirement in a South African and African environment. All the standard features that the market have come to expect of a high end Workforce data management solution has naturally being incorporated in the S-QUBE range of equipment with some very innovative advanced features unique to S-QUBE. Some of the innovative advanced features are as follow:

•    Multiple language and message profiles - Each tag holder’s language and custom messages are displayed on device screens
•    Individual response profiles - Each device attached to the S-QUBE can react differently to a tag holder based on his/her profile
•    Device reusability - Unused legacy device outputs can be used to perform time custom functions like sirens driving
•    Device interoperability - Blue Line devices like the MKII can be combined with Impro terminals and Sagem Biometric devices

Time Genius is the leader in the market for standard Time & Attendance software solutions, and with an installed base of in excess of 2500 customers in virtually any type of industry this product has been tried and tested. Written in FoxPro it caters for the one site and local area network client and deals with complex shift & roster setups and requirements with ease. The system facilitates a wide range of reports, an employee search engine and an audit trail.

BESTime is a web based software designed for large enterprises. By utilizing Microsoft .Net and SQL the BESTime was specifically developed for multi-site, multi-cultural and multi-user organizations. It encompasses time & attendance planning, recording and reporting with added HR functionality that provides an integrated resource scheduling, web-based clocking, access control and job costing solution for total labour management. This product has proven itself to be much more than what the market has come to expect of Time & Attendance software with its unique ability to handle Access control and HR functionality seamlessly.

SAP Interface allows for the complete flow of HR, payroll and productivity data as per the predefined set of business rules. For instance when a staff member books leave in SAP our integrated time and attendance solution will automatically sense this and treat the time records of the particular staff member accordingly. Time & Attendance data is predominately used to ensure that the payroll resembles actual hours worked by personnel at the applicable rate.
