As the world leader in the design and implementation of Biometric systems, SAGEM Morpho has more experience than any other vendor in acquiring, processing, comparing, and matching finger images. Their core image processing and matching algorithms are in productive use in scores of mission-critical systems around the world. Worldwide, more than 270 million biometric records are processed by SAGEM Morpho finger-imaging systems. Keys are lost and credit cards are forged, but fingerprints are unique and permanent. SAGEM Morpho has designed the MorphoAccess™ terminal to confirm identity based on each individual's unique fingerprint pattern. The unit can be programmed to grant access via I.D. confirmation, via communications with a central server, locally on the unit or integrated to the SQube™ solution. In any configuration, verification of identity triggers the facility's door strike to allow entry or in the case of the integrated SQube™ solution additional verification for Time Zones, Anti pass back, Messaging  and Time and Attendance. To further ensure security, the unit also can be configured to operate with a token such as a proximity or Mifare cards. A weatherized version of the unit has been developed specifically for outdoor applications and it includes a weather-resistant case.
